Amy Bishop is the owner and lead transaction coordinator for A2Z Transactions. Since establishing A2Z, Amy’s mission has always been to support agents by managing their transactions so they can step out of the office and focus on selling without being bogged down by paperwork. With a 25-year career in real estate, Amy brings extensive experience to the industry. She began her career in the escrow business, progressing from a listing coordinator to an escrow coordinator, where she closed over 100 deals each month. Seeking greater flexibility and availability for her youngest daughter, Amy launched her transaction coordination business, A2Z Transactions, in 2013. She started with only five agents and her oldest daughter, Brittany, as her first employee. As A2Z’s client base grew, she added her middle daughter, Chelsea, in 2019, along with two additional employees. Today, A2Z Transactions is a team of five women supporting more than 175 agents across multiple brokerages. Not only does Amy bring decades of transaction coordinating knowledge, but she is also surrounded by family members and mentors who are deeply involved in the real estate industry. With that support, she stays well informed on current market trends and remains up to date on all escrow and division compliance requirements. Amy’s expertise is highly respected and sought after by agents and brokers alike. Her ability to manage transactions efficiently allows the agents she supports to stay focused on selling and consistently achieve their goals each year.
